Beautiful hotel and great location
Amazing location, breakfast staff were really nice pity I can’t speak Portuguese and pity they didn’t speak English cause I would have engaged more chatting to them.
My plane landed at 6am and took 2 hours to get there because of traffic, which is fine can’t do anything about it but when we got at the hotel we had to wait until 2pm to check in. After 11.30 hour flight all I wanted to do is refresh and relax a bit but that was not possible. Booking.com knew my flight time because I booked the taxi with you, so I don’t understand why the room cannot be available earlier this is the 2nd time this year. I’m not complaining about the hotel policy but booking.com should make arrangements and I’m happy to pay for an early check in. It is brutal to wait 5/6 hours in the lobby after nearly 12 hours flight. Also I was charged for room service, I did call and asked if I could have a knife, cause I bought some fruits at the Mercado Municipal, and a waiter brought in my room and empty plate and cutlery.

Great location nice hotel
Clean, nice view, pool area relaxing. This is a business hotel but we stayed here on our holiday as it was very well located and easy to walk around everywhere.
Nothing negative to say.

Comfy large twin room, gym facilities good
Cleaners forgot to replace toilet paper when they cleaned room and when we called reception to ask for more nobody came.
